Presidente representa o Legislativo em aula do curso de Ciências Contábeis da UCEFF

Representando o Poder Legislativo municipal, a convite do professor da disciplina de Direito Tributário e Política Fiscal do 5º semestre, do curso de Ciências Contábeis da UCEFF, Maikel Schneider, o presidente da Câmara de Vereadores de Itapiranga, Afonso Niehues, na sexta-feira (14), participou da apresentação dos trabalhos sobre um novo Sistema Tributário Nacional. Divididos em oito grupos, os acadêmicos abordaram a temática e abriram um espaço para debates e comentários acerca de cada proposta.

O presidente do Poder Legislativo, Afonso Niehues, destaca este momento de reflexão sobre o atual sistema tributário é oportuno. Niehues salienta que atualmente existem cerca de 92 impostos no país, acompanhados de complexidade de regulamentações e leis, o que resulta no inchaço da máquina pública, inviabiliza o crescimento das empresas e retrai novos investimentos. Niehues salienta que a iniciativa do professor e dos acadêmicos da instituição é louvável, porque os brasileiros aspiram um sistema tributário mais eficiente e que atenda a população de forma mais justa e igualitária.
