Pedidos de providências seguem tramitação regimental e são enviados ao Executivo

Após serem protocolados na secretaria executiva e tramitarem em plenário, os pedidos de providências são direcionados aos setores competentes do Poder Executivo municipal. Na última sessão ordinária, na segunda-feira (17), as proposições foram de autoria dos vereadores Ani Haas, Afonso Niehues, Gelson Petry e Alexandre Siqueira.

Em seu pedido, a vereadora, Ani Haas, solicita que a municipalidade realize melhorias no abrigo de passageiros que está localizado próximo ao acesso à Pousada Europa, na La. Chácara.

O vereador, Afonso Niehues, requer que o Poder Executivo municipal oficie o Conselho Municipal de Trânsito, requerendo a pintura das faixas de segurança e um estudo de viabilidade para se colocar uma lombada física na rua da Matriz, entre as residências de Rosalvo Feiten e Valmir Fanez.

Proposição do vereador, Gelson Petry, solicitando a colocação de quatro tubos de concreto nas proximidades do acesso à propriedade de Antonio Swaroswki, em La. Santa Isabel, imediações do posto Galvan e Groth.

O vereador, Alexandre Siqueira, solicita que o setor competente da municipalidade discuta, avalie e estude a viabilidade de unificar, para atualizar e aprimorar a legislação que trata de incentivos para a construção e reformas de passeio público, bem como requer que o documento seja encaminhado ao Conselho Municipal da Cidade.
