Legislativo de Itapiranga devolve economias do ano de 2019 ao Executivo municipal

A Câmara de Vereadores fez devolução das economias do ano de 2019 à Prefeitura de Itapiranga. Na manhã desta quinta-feira (26), o presidente do Poder Legislativo, Afonso Niehues, e o diretor geral da Câmara, Miguel Schneider, estiveram no Centro Administrativo para comunicar a restituição do valor, efetivado por meio de transferência eletrônica. Em 2019, a Casa Legislativa devolveu R$ 195.084,59, que somado ao valor do Imposto de Renda retido na fonte dos vereadores e servidores e os retidos das notas fiscais, o valor ultrapassa os R$ 260 mil devolvidos à prefeitura neste ano.

Segundo o presidente, Afonso Niehues, o orçamento da Câmara foi aplicado com austeridade, senso administrativo e zelo, assegurando a realização de investimentos indispensáveis no prédio, equipamentos e material de expediente, bem como a devolução dos recursos à prefeitura para execução de ações de interesse da população. Niehues relata que os investimentos mais relevantes foram no telhado, com a colocação de manta asfáltica para solucionar um antigo problema de infiltração no plenário, substituição do sistema de som e manutenção elétrica e hidráulica em todos os ambientes da edificação.

O presidente, Afonso Niehues, no encontro com o prefeito, Jorge Welter, reforçou a indicação para a aplicação do valor devolvido pela Câmara. O presidente lembrou que os vereadores Alexandre Siqueira, Afonso Niehues, Loni Heckler, Érico Giehl, Ani Haas e Gelson Petry, reivindicam que o valor das economias do Legislativo seja destinado à conclusão do passeio público na rodovia Luiz Henrique da Silveira – ITG 070, trecho da gruta São Vendelino até a Associação Jucrila, e na continuação do asfalto no bairro Portal do Sol, após a pavimentação do acesso com recursos garantidos de emendas impositivas do governo estadual.
